Is a digital city a Smart City? Through this parallel session, DOGA and AHO wants to discuss the implications of a new urban development that is high on technology, while what the inhabitants may really need, are low key urban spaces. Through this, we hope to show the importance and the use of the tools that come from the field of design and architecture.
