Arid Frontier: Urban Growth and Environmental Degradation Along the Hexi Corridor
The dissertation project is a regional study of the Hexi Corridor in China’s northwestern Gansu province—a culturally and geopolitically significant zone known as the ‘golden sector’ of the Historic Silk Road.
